Take a Walk

When was the last time you took a long leisurely walk? Sure, you may walk to go to the corner supermarket or walk to the subway, but you know that is not what we are talking about.
Take a walk one evening to just let yourself loose. Walk slowly, look around you. Enjoy the weather and the sights that you see. If you are unhurried, you will notice a lot of interesting things that you never paid attention to so far. At the end of the walk, you may feel tired, but you will also feel exhilarated! So, take a walk!
