For most of us, it is the jangling of the alarm clock that wakes us up in the morning. And, for most of us waking is not a pleasant experience- we wish we could have slept longer. But, the day beacons and we are out of our beds in a rush. Instead, wake up with a smile. Take a moment to languish in bed for a few minutes before you open your open your eye. Take a couple of deep breaths. You will be surprised at how much more energized and positive you feel, by keeping the first few moments of the day to yourself.
