Integrity is often misunderstood. Integrity is simply doing what you said you would do at the time you said you would do it. This could mean a promise you made to your spouse, the exercise regime you chalked out for yourself or the job you do that pays you a salary every month.
As you can imagine, this simple definition of integrity hides the fact that it is in fact a very difficult thing to follow. And, yet you can see that if you really maintained integrity in all aspects of your life, your life would turn around and be completely unrecognizable from where you are now.
