Anger is perhaps the most destructive emotion in us human beings. It is like acid, it not only kills what it spills on, it also corrodes the vessel it is contained in.
As you grow older, you mature and when you look back at the times when you were raging mad, you will find that there were much better ways of dealing with any situations. It is difficult to consider this when one is angry. But, if you are conscious of the fact that whatever makes you angry today, may not even be of any importance to you tomorrow, it will help control your anger.
