There are not many things that are truly important to us human beings. Some of them are happiness, satisfaction, contentment, etc. Now look at the things that stress you the most. You will find that none of those things that stress you are amongst the things that are truly important. What this means is that you allow yourself to be stressed by things that do not even truly matter to you. Is it really worth it? There is no denying that everyday living can cause stress, but surely you can manage your stress levels better if are aware that you are stressing over matter that are insignificant in the long run.
